- Due to the continued escalation in the costs of raw materials, Al Ghazi Tractors Limited’s (“AGTL’) production costs have risen significantly’
- Accordingly, the model wise prices are being revised with effect from 18ft April2023 as below:
For cases where lO0% payment is made upfront by or before 17ft April, 2023, through financial instruments including pay orders/demand drafts/CDR/ /Online payments/cash deposit slips, such cases will be considered at current prices notified through AGTL letter no. GMM/P ircel 1.212023 dated I 6ft February, 2023.
o Loan Cases (ZTBllCommercial banks/Leasine)
For bank loan cases, if (i) supply orders are issued by or before 17ft April, 2023 and (ii) payments are received by AGTL by or before the intimation letter dates, such cases will be considered at current prices notified as per AGTL letter no. GMlWPricell.2l2l23 dated l6n February, 2023.
Tenders/Ouotation
Tenders/Quotations issued to institutions will be governed by the terms and conditions defined in the tenders/quotations.
